Founded on our advanced Super Dry cabinet technology, our XSD dry cabinets allow manufacturers to ‘Stop the Clock’ with moisture-proof storage of MSDs. Offering many advantages over traditional baking methodologies, the XSD Series guards against oxidation by removing all moisture through a desiccant drying system with built in automatic recycling.
The XSD Series Adsorption Drying Cabinets extends the energy-efficient drying process of sensitive components with a balanced heat profile and robust insulation. Thus, it can be utilized for both the IPC-conforming tempering at 40°C and for the drying of reels or tubes at 50°C, or of printed boards at 60°C. While vacuum ovens are conventionally used for these purposes, Totech America’s XSD Series is proven to deliver a performance that not only matches these abilities – but exceeds them!
Speeding up the overall drying process, XSD dry cabinets deliver ultra-low relative humidity of less than 0.5 RH. What’s more, even once a door has been opened, the ultra-low RH level is restored within seconds. The breakthrough dry cabinet series also features a touch screen monitor for enhanced operator control and ongoing process optimisation.
