Description
Driven by our powerful U-5000 dry unit and internal heating technology, the XSDB 1402-52 delivers temperatures up to 60°C and consistently reliable ultra-low humidity levels of less than 0.5% RH. While the XSDB 1402-52 is renowned for its ‘stop the clock’ capabilities, it can also take this a stage further and set the clock back to zero - at the same time as controlling oxidation!
Providing advanced dry storage of MSDs without the risks associated with high temperature baking, XSD Series dry cabinets both effectively store and dry moisture sensitive devices (MSDs). The series is characterised by the inclusion of our powerful U 5000 dry unit, which allows effective drying of relative humidity to less than 0.5%RH. Because internal cabinet vapour pressure is low enough to attract water molecules out of the moisture sensitive components, MSDs will dry without an extra thermal process.
Conforming to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033B.1, Totech Americas XSD Cabinets are doubly insulated to support drying with a 40°C heater, or process optimized up to 60°C.
