Description
The XSD 701-52 delivers temperatures up to 60°C and consistently reliable ultra-low humidity levels of less than 0.5% RH, thanks to Totech America’s advanced U-5000 dry unit and internal heating technology. Like the XSD 1402, the XSD 701-52 is widely recognised for its ‘stop the clock’ capabilities. The unique cabinet can also set the clock back to zero, simultaneously controlling oxidation.
XSD Series dry cabinets effectively store and dry moisture sensitive devices (MSDs), to safeguard MSDs without the risks associated with high temperature baking. The powerful U 5000 dry unit allows effective drying of relative humidity to less than 0.5%RH. What’s more, because internal cabinet vapour pressure is low enough to attract water molecules out of the moisture sensitive components, MSDs will dry without an extra thermal process.
Conforming to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033B.1, XSD Cabinets from Totech Americas are insulated to support drying with a 40°C heater, or process optimized up to 60°C.
