The SD 1104-21 dry cabinet uses two model U 2000 dry units to consistently maintain low humidity of less than 5% RH. Each of these dry cabinets allow operators to easily retrofit either a heater or nitrogen flow system. Designed for the purpose storage of SMDs at low humidity, this highly versatile dry cabinet is dedicated to medium - long-term low humidity storage. A popular choice for moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of diverse technologies, the SD 1104-21 dry cabinet is also fully compliant with IPC/JEDEC J- Std 033b.1 requirements.
