Super Dry® cabinets from Totech Americas are in widespread use throughout the electronics industry. Our dry cabinets are also in use to meet dry storage requirements in other industries, currently being used in medical, laboratory and digital media storage applications.

What is a dry cabinet? Also known as desiccators, dry boxes, dehumidifying cabinets and ultra low humidity storage cabinets, a dry cabinet is a storage space that enables you to protect a wide range of products against humidity problems. A desiccant dry cabinet is an enclosure with a supply of desiccant which maintains an internal environment of 1-50% RH.

XSD Series dry cabinets

Produced from the highest quality components, the XSD Series dry cabinets from Totech Americas provide the most advanced dry storage processes available today. Incorporating uniform heat up to 60°C and ultra low RH > 0.5%, these dry cabinets consume a tiny fraction of the energy used by conventional drying techniques. Deploying an integrated air-flow control system in combination with a high accuracy sensor and powerful dry unit, the XSD Series delivers reliable temperature and humidity control, in addition to rapid recovery times. An advanced touch-screen interface provides enhanced operator control and optimal productivity going forward.

HSD Series dry cabinets

The HSD (Hyper Super Dry) Series of dry cabinets consist of six variations built around our unique Dynamic Dry Unit technology. Totech America’s sophisticated dry unit delivers closed-loop desiccant regeneration by responding to actual load on the cabinet and its contents, along with door opening frequency. Our HSD Series provides precision humidity control to RH < 0.5%, traceable to a computer or over a network.

MSD Series modular dry cabinets

The MSD series from Totech Americas features a sophisticated modular construction, enabling it to evolve alongside your storage and drying demands. Also featuring our high-power, high-performance Dynamic Dry Unit, the basic MSD can be expanded to 6000 liters without the need for further dry units. Thanks to the dry unit’s closed-loop control, regeneration times are reduced and the dry cabinet itself is equipped to automatically respond to atmosphere and door opening frequency. Expect precise humidity control to <0.5% RH with traceability to a computer or network.

SDR Series of dry rooms

Dry cabinets in the SDR (Dry Room) Series are specially built to customer specifications. We can deliver a wide range of different dry units, depending on the demands of the application. Our U-7000 rotation dry unit makes it possible to dry huge volumes of air, while very short regeneration times, low RH% <0.5% and precise measurement make this a very attractive alternative for special processing requirements.
