Higher processing temperatures mean that control of component conditions is now more important than ever. Humidity control is your route to product reliability, especially in a lead-free environment.
Our dry storage solutions will protect your productivity, help you avoid costly defects and safeguard your MSDs in accordance with IPC/JEDEC -J-STD-033C and IPC 1601 standards.
How does dry storage work? High quality desiccant materials act as a molecular sieve to trap moisture before it damages your products. The desiccant dry cabinets developed by Super Dry achieve an atmosphere of < 0.5 % RH and produce a moisture vacuum at a vapor level of less than 0.05 g/m³. This leads to a strong revertive drying process in the materials to counteract oxidation, protect MSDs, preserve lab materials – the possibilities are endless!
